Vilasak Phimmachak appeals his conviction of first degree Possession of Stolen Property. He contended in his opening brief that his conviction must be reversed and the case dismissed because the trial court failed to enter findings of fact and conclusions of law after a hearing pursuant to CrR 3.5. The findings of fact and conclusions of law were entered on May 21, 2003, six months after the hearing and one month after Phimmachak filed his opening brief. We affirm Phimmachaks conviction.
